§ 10-20. Fees.

Every person desiring such license to operate, within the corporate limits of the city, any of the following devices, shall pay into the city treasury the following sum of money: For each billiard, pool, or bagatelle table, $3.00 per year; and for each ball alley, tenpin alley, lifting, striking, blowing, or pulling machine, swing or revolving swing, whirligig electric machine, telescope, ring board, or other device kept for pay or profit, $5.00 per year. Upon presenting the receipt of the treasurer to the city controller, it shall be the duty of the controller to issue to the applicant a license therefor.
