§ 14-57. Permit exemptions.

Latest version.

(a)

No permits shall be required for the following organizations or animals:

(1)

The city animal control agency;

(2)

A state-licensed veterinary hospital/ clinic;

(3)

Birds held under state or federal falconry permits; or

(4)

Service dogs specifically trained to assist their disabled owner.

(b)

All other animal care provisions of this chapter shall apply to such exempt persons or entities.
