§ 14-62. Trap-neuter-return.

(a)

Individuals or organizations must obtain approval from the animal control commission to practice trap-neuter-return in City of Mishawaka limits.

(b)

Free-roaming cats captured by a practitioner of trap-neuter-return shall be inspected a minimum of every two hours to ensure the safety of the cat(s).

(c)

It shall be unlawful for a person to remove an animal from any trap not on the person's property, unless such person has the express permission of the property's owner to do so.
