§ 18-68. Personal property to be held for 24 hours.

No personal property received on deposit, purchased, or pledged by any licensed person shall be sold or permitted to be redeemed or removed from the place of business of the licensed person for the space of 24 hours after the written report is delivered in the office of the chief of police as required by section 18-67.
