§ 18-446. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Shooting gallery means any public building or enclosed area for shooting and discharging firearms at a target, except shooting galleries or ranges maintained or operated by a law enforcement agency and which are not available to the public.
