§ 18-606. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Secondhand store . Any person who in doing business engages in the purchasing or selling of secondhand clothing, secondhand furniture, or secondhand goods, wares or merchandise of any kind shall be considered operating a secondhand store.
