§ 2-104. Seating of councilmembers.

The presiding officer shall, within 60 days from the date of his election as presiding officer, assign each councilperson to a specific seat beginning with the seat farthest to the right of the presiding officer. The seating assignment shall remain in effect for the year in which the assignment is made.
