§ 2-469. License not transferable.

Latest version.

No license issued under any ordinance of this city shall be transferable, nor shall any person other than the person named in the license be permitted to use the license. In addition, the license shall not protect any person from incurring the penalties prescribed by ordinance of the city, except the licensee named in the license.
