§ 2-525. Petitioners seeking tax abatement.

Latest version.

All petitioners seeking tax abatement shall remit the sum of $150.00 at the time of applying for the abatement. Said sum shall be payable to the "City of Mishawaka, Indiana," is nonrefundable, and shall be used to fulfill all legal advertisement requirements of such proceedings.
