§ 2-600. Public employees' retirement fund.

Latest version.

All eligible city employees, including members of the sewer department, are covered by PERF (public employees' retirement fund) and all covered employees must participate. All fulltime nonseasonal city utilities employees not covered by collective bargaining agreements will be covered under the utility pension fund.
