§ 46-7. Enticement to commit unlawful acts.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt to entice or procure a person of the opposite sex to commit any unlawful act, or to accost, approach, or signal any person, and by word, sign, or gesture suggest or invite any person to any building, vehicle, conveyance, or premises, except in the transaction of legitimate business.
