§ 50-4. Swimming prohibited in nondesignated areas.

It shall be unlawful for any person in a city park to swim, wade, or otherwise enter into the manmade waterways in city parks, except for those areas specifically designated for swimming. This prohibition shall include, but not be limited to, the Battell Park Rock Garden and the Robert C. Beutter Riverfront Park Raceway.
