§ 54-53. Interference with barricade, continued use of street prohibited.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb or interfere with any barricade.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to use or permit the continued use of any street or highway barricaded pursuant to the terms of this article for the parking of any automobile, mechanical unit, or object of whatever description.

    (c)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to use any street or highway for the purpose of vehicular traffic when it is restricted against such use pursuant to the terms hereof.

    (d)

    Nothing in this section shall be construed as prohibiting physicians or operators of emergency vehicles engaged in the conduct of their duties from parking within the barricaded areas.
