§ 54-167. Penalty for violation of article.

When any person or entity holding a permit issued pursuant to section 54-188 shall violate any provision of this article, such permit shall be subject to revocation by the city building commissioner and such person or entity shall be liable to the city in an amount as prescribed in section 2-2(b) pertaining to ordinance violations, or section 1-7 pertaining to the general penalty
