§ 58-472. Passing on city streets.

Latest version.

No driver of a motor truck having a rated load capacity in excess of 1½ tons, or driver of a tractor-trailer or tractor-semitrailer combination traveling on and over any city street shall overtake and pass any motor vehicle traveling on four or more wheels when the vehicle is in motion and moving in the same direction.
