§ 62-48. Hauled liquid waste.

Generators and/or haulers of nonhazardous liquid waste may be allowed to discharge on a discretionary basis with the approval of the superintendent. Rates and charges for discharge of hauled liquid wastes shall be assessed in accordance with section 62-224.
