§ 62-112. Bonds required of sewer contractors.

Any person performing a contract for the construction of any sewer, shall submit a 100-percent performance bond for the faithful construction of the sewer. A further and separate bond in a principal sum equal to ten percent of the amount of the construction work shall be submitted for the maintenance of the sewer for a period of three years from the date of the acceptance and completion, thereof.
