§ 62-115. Cleanouts.

(a)

Cleanouts equal in size to the building sewer shall be required at the following locations:

(1)

At the outside junction of the building drain and the building sewer.

(2)

Change of direction greater than 45 degrees.

(3)

At locations of not more than 100 linear feet intervals.

(b)

The cleanout shall be installed to open in the direction of the flow of drainage pipe or at a right angle thereto.

(c)

Each cleanout shall be adjusted flush with finished grade and sealed with a suitable cap or plug.
