§ 62-144. Prohibited discharge.

(a)

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any stormwater, foundation drain water, groundwater, roof runoff, surface drainage, or unpolluted water, unpolluted industrial process water, or cooling waters to any sanitary sewer.

(b)

No new connection shall be made unless there is capacity available in all downstream sewers, lift stations, force mains and the POTW, including capacity for any pollutants discharged.
