§ 62-146. Governing standards.

The national categorical pretreatment standards, located in 40 CFR 405—471, are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference into this article and include amendments to those standards that occur hereafter as the same are published in the Code of Federal Regulations with effective dates as fixed therein. State and local requirements and limitations on discharges shall be met by all dischargers when such requirements and limitations are more stringent than federal requirements and limitations.
