§ 62-149. Pretreatment requirements.

In the event that a user is exceeding the limitations as set forth in subsection 62-147(10), the superintendent shall direct the user causing the discharge of any such materials to, at his own expense, construct, install, and operate such pretreatment facilities as may be required in order to reduce the waste constituents which are in violation of this article to the limits set forth by this article or to cease and desist from those activities or operations which cause a violation of established discharge standards. The superintendent may use a grab sample to determine noncompliance with pretreatment standards.
