§ 62-483. Facilities covered by this article.

Facilities covered by this article shall include all food service establishments; including, but not limited to, restaurants, banquet halls, and cafeterias. In addition, all food manufacturing facilities are subject to the provisions of this article. Other facilities may be subject to this article at the sole discretion of the authority.
