§ 62-489. Grease control device maintenance records.

  • The user shall maintain a written maintenance record for each grease control device for a period of at least three years from the date the service is performed. All such records shall be available for inspection by city personnel at all times. In the case of locations with more than one grease control device, a separate maintenance record shall be generated for each device located on the premises. These records shall include:

    (1)

    Food service establishment name and physical location;

    (2)

    Date of service;

    (3)

    Time of service;

    (4)

    Name and affiliation of individual performing grease control device service;

    (5)

    Nature of the service;

    (6)

    Approximate amount of FOG removed from the device;

    (7)

    Destination of removed wastes;

    (8)

    Any maintenance issues identified during the inspection and records of any maintenance performed on the grease control device;

    (9)

    Dated signature of personnel confirming service completion;

    (10)

    Any other information required by the director of engineering.
