§ 66-59. Trimming trees overhanging streets; manner.

  • (a)

    All trees and shrubs which overhang a street within the city, located on tree and lawn areas, shall be trimmed by the designee of the board of public works.

    (b)

    Overhanging trees shall be trimmed so that there is a clear space of ten feet above the surface of the curb, and in such manner as not to obstruct the view of any street light, traffic sign, signal device, street intersection or pedestrian.
