§ 101-104. Citations.

(a)

Upon learning that a heating, air conditioning or ventilating contractor is doing business without having a license, a citation shall be issued to said contractor by the building commissioner, or his designee, for each violation.

(b)

Citations may be issued for each and every violation of the required provisions of this division, and each such violation shall be treated as a separate act for which a citation may be issued.

(c)

Citations issued under this division shall contain the date, time, name and address of the violator, the Code section violated, the nature of the violation, the location of the violation, the name of the person issuing the citation and instructions as to the disposition of the citations.
