§ 101-97. Duties, powers and responsibilities of building commissioner.

(a)
It shall be the duty of the building commissioner or his authorized representative
to enforce the provisions of this division. He shall make inspections of all heating,
air conditioning and ventilating equipment installations, all as provided in this
division, and leave an inspection tag denoting approval or rejection within 72 hours
after being notified that heating, air conditioning and/ or ventilating work is ready
for inspection. The inspector shall immediately notify the person doing the installation
of any reason for rejection of work installed.
(b)
The building commissioner may delegate any of his powers or duties to any of his inspectors.
