§ 101-178. Electrical contractor's license.

  • The holder of an electrical contractor's dealers license shall maintain an office and have a business telephone in the county and shall be principally engaged in the business of electrical contracting. The license shall entitle the holder, any person or his employees, to perform electrical contracting work and to sell approved electrical appliances, apparatus, and devices.
