§ 101-182. Holder of license; change of representative.

  • (a)

    The holder of the license shall be the person to whom the license is issued. Any person working under the person holding the license may operate under that license as may be directed by the licensee.

    (b)

    In the event that the business association of the holder of the license shall terminate with a particular business or company, the holder of the license shall immediately notify the board of such termination and said license shall become null and void. A new license shall be issued to the licensee reflecting the change in business status, except that no fee shall be charged for such new license.
