§ 101-271. Registration with city.

(a)

Before the building commissioner may issue a plumbing permit to a plumbing contractor as defined in IC 25-28.5-1-2 (as may be from time to time amended), said plumbing contractor shall be required to register his name and address and his business name, name of business owner, and business address, and his current valid state plumbing contractor's license or permit number with the building commissioner.

(b)

The registration will be valid from January 1 through December 31 of each year.

(c)

The applicant for such registration shall pay a registration fee, according to a schedule of fees currently on file in the building commissioner's office, as of the time of issuance of the registration certificate to the applicant.
