In accordance with IC 36-7-4-1400 series (development plans), this chapter shall serve
as an addition to chapter 137, zoning. As such, the requirements contained herein shall be considered as an addition
to any requirements identified within chapter 129, on-premises sign standards, chapter 133, subdivision regulations, chapter 137, zoning, and/or any other applicable code, regulation, or requirement. Should requirements
contained herein differ between separate ordinances or documents, the most stringent
shall apply.
