§ 105-37. Written findings and records.
The plan commission, or its designee, shall adopt written findings for each application reviewed in accordance with IC 36-7-4-1406. Plan documentation and supporting information required as identified within this chapter shall be recorded in a manner consistent with the final site plan improvement process. Site plan information not required to be recorded on the final site plan shall be maintained by the department of city planning. Plan documentation and supporting information required in conjunction with improvements and/or modifications that require only an improvement location permit need not be recorded. Records regarding improvement location permits shall be maintained by the department of city planning.
