§ 109-2. Loan committee to administer.

(a)

For the purpose of administering the provisions of this chapter, there is hereby ordered created a loan committee to act upon the behalf of the city.

(b)

The loan committee will consist of the following:

(1)

City engineer.

(2)

City planner.

(3)

City attorney.

(4)

Director of community development.

(5)

Council representative.
