§ 109-31. Amount, term of loan.

(a)

Any loan made under the provisions of this article shall not exceed the sum of $30,000.00 for any single structure, or $60,000.00 for any single borrower.

(b)

Any loan made pursuant to this article shall not exceed a term of seven years.
