Chapter 113. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREAS |
Article II. TARGET AREAS |
§ 113-19. Certain areas declared to be economic development target areas.
The following specific geographic territories of the city are hereby declared to be economic development target areas:
(1)
The area commonly known as the central business district urban renewal area which was declared and confirmed as a redevelopment area before March 31, 1983, by reason of Resolution Number 73-9 and confirming Resolution Number 73-15 by the city redevelopment commission, which declaratory resolution was recorded in the office of the county recorder on March 20, 1973, at Book 276, pages 152-154, which specific geographic area is more particularly described in section 1 of appendix A to chapter 109.
(2)
The area commonly known as the "Mishawaka Avenue Urban Renewal Area" which was declared and confirmed as a redevelopment area before March 31, 1983, by reason of Resolution Number 73-19 and confirming Resolution Number 73-28, adopted by the city redevelopment commission, which declaratory resolution was recorded in the office of the county recorder on April 25, 1973, at Book 277, pages 96-116, which specific geographic area is more particularly described in section 1 of appendix B to chapter 109.
