This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by IC 36-1-4-11. This authority
provides for the administration, enforcement, and amendment of this chapter for controlling
soil erosion and other provisions related to the regulation of stormwater in the city.
No statement contained herein shall be construed to interfere or conflict with any
additional ordinance, code, or law of the city. In addition, no statement contained
herein shall be construed to interfere, conflict, or be deemed to fulfill the requirements
of any other applicable authority or agency.
