§ 133-10. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25.00 and not more than is prescribed by IC 36-1-3-8 as may be amended from time to time. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
