§ 133-73. Preliminary plat contents.

  • The drawing shall include:

    (1)

    A properly drafted drawing of not less than one inch equals 100 feet.

    (2)

    The name of the subdivision.

    (3)

    North arrow and graphic scale.

    (4)

    Boundary line of proposed subdivision, all existing easements, and property lines in exact dimensions.

    (5)

    Location, width, and names of prior subdivided streets and lots, and shall show all previously recorded streets and lots in dotted lines.

    (6)

    Layout, bearings, and dimensions of the proposed lots and streets.

    (7)

    Parcels to be dedicated for the public use.

    (8)

    Existing topographic contours at vertical intervals of five feet or less.

    (9)

    The layout of streets, curbs, and sidewalks in the area 300 feet distant from and parallel to the boundary of the proposed subdivision.

    (10)

    A conceptual subdivision plan for adjacent property owned by the subdivider but not included as part of the proposed subdivision application at hand.

    (11)

    Preliminary plans for street, curb, sidewalk, and sewer and water installation.

    (12)

    Name, address and signature of the property owner.
