§ 133-76. Final plat contents.

  • (a)

    An original ink drawing on not less than 8½-inch by 14-inch vellum, linen, or Mylar film at a scale of not less than one inch equals 100 feet, with six prints of the drawing. A one-inch border shall be incorporated into the drawing.

    (b)

    The drawing shall show:

    (1)

    Name of subdivision.

    (2)

    Location of subdivision by section, range, township, and boundary legal description.

    (3)

    Name and address of subdivider.

    (4)

    Name, address, seal, and signature of the registered surveyor preparing the subdivision.

    (5)

    Scale, graphic bar scale, north arrow, and date.

    (6)

    Boundary line of proposed subdivision, all existing easements and property lines in exact dimensions of feet and hundredths thereof; all boundary lines shall have length and bearing designated on the plat.

    (7)

    Location, width, and names of prior subdivided streets and lots in the proposed subdivision, and showing all previously recorded streets and lots in dotted lines on the preliminary submittal.

    (8)

    Layout and dimensions of proposed lots to the nearest one-hundredth of a foot.

    (9)

    Layout and elevations of proposed streets, which include the classification of each street, street names, street widths, walkways, crosswalks, and easements.

    (10)

    Parcels of land to be dedicated for public use shall be shown and labeled as to use.

    (11)

    Dimensioned building setback lines.

    (12)

    Vertical control data which shall be based on United States Geodetic Survey Sea Level Datum.

    (13)

    An area four inches vertical by nine inches horizontal, within which the plan commission shall affix its certificate of approval.

    (14)

    Name, address and signature of the property owner.
