§ 133-142. Application.

(a)

Subdivision rerecording may be submitted at the convenience of the subdivider in order to correct minor technical errors to a previously recorded subdivision or subdivision replat. The name of the subdivision shall not be altered.

(b)

The submission shall include:

(1)

The original drawing and six copies of the recorded subdivision with a revision date drafted onto the original plat.

(2)

A written comment in detailed form of the technical changes performed.

(3)

The seal and certification of the surveyor preparing the drawing changes.

(4)

Proof of ownership.

(5)

The applicable fee as prescribed by the plan commission.
