The commercial C-5 district is a very limited retail and service category intended
for small commercial lots and small commercial buildings of up to 8,000 square feet
in total area in residential neighborhood crossroad areas, for the purpose of supplying
day-to-day retail and service needs of the residents, such as food, drugs, and personal
services. Outside storage, display, or sales shall not be permitted outside a completely
enclosed, substantially constructed, and weathertight building.
