Only the following uses are permitted:
(1)

Any use permitted in the commercial C-1 district.

(2)

Drive-thru restaurants.

(3)

Drive-in restaurants.

(4)

Freestanding off-premises signs.

(5)

Game arcade and pool hall or billiard hall.
