The following public utility uses shall be permitted in all districts: poles, cables,
wires, conduits, vaults, pipes, mains, and valves, for electric, gas, water, sewer,
steam, and communication systems. All utility buildings shall comply with the applicable
zoning district regulations in which they are permitted.
