All outdoor lighting fixture lamps on privately owned property shall be so located,
directed or shielded in such a manner that no light shines, reflects, causes glare,
allows indirect light, or allows light trespass onto adjacent property or into the
publicly owned right-of-way. Exemptions to this regulation include: nighttime field
sports facilities, such as little league baseball diamonds, high school football fields,
high school soccer fields, and municipal street lights.
