§ 10-19. License required.

Latest version.

No person shall be permitted to keep for hire or profit within the limits of the city, any billiard, pool, bagatelle table, ball alley, tenpin alley, lifting, striking, blowing or pulling machines, swing or revolving swing or whirligigs, electric machines, telescope, ring board, or any other device kept for hire or pay, without first procuring a license in the manner hereinafter described.
