§ 10-64. License required.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful and a punishable offense for any person to operate or conduct any opera house, moving picture theater, vaudeville theater, or other theater without a license. Each day that such opera house, moving picture theater, vaudeville theater or other theater is operated or conducted without a license shall be and constitute a separate offense and a violation of this section.
