§ 10-65. Fee schedule.

The annual license fee to be charged by the city for operating opera houses, moving picture theaters, vaudeville theaters or other theaters within the city, shall be as follows:

(1)

For opera houses, moving picture theaters, vaudeville theaters, or other theaters, having a seating capacity of 500 or less ..... $35.00

(2)

For opera houses, moving picture theaters, vaudeville theaters, or other theaters, having a seating capacity of more than 500 and not exceeding 1,000 ..... $50.00

(3)

For opera houses, moving picture theaters, vaudeville theaters, or other theaters, having a seating capacity of 1,000 or more ..... $75.00
