§ 10-92. Boisterous or indecent entertainment prohibited.

  • (a)

    No person to whom any license may have been granted under this article shall give, conduct, keep, allow, or maintain in the place so licensed any form of entertainment, dancing, music, vaudeville, amusement, or exhibition which is boisterous, noisy, loud, lewd, indecent, offensive, or immoral. This section shall also apply to the use of a radio or television set in any place or places defined in section 10-89.

    (b)

    The license may be revoked by the city controller for any violation of this section, and the licensee shall be subject also to the penalty hereinafter provided.

    (c)

    Any such license may be revoked by the city controller for any violation of the federal laws, or laws of the state, or ordinances of this city committed in the place so licensed.
