§ 18-327. Customer receipts.

If demanded by the passenger, the driver in charge of a taxicab shall deliver to the passenger paying a fare a receipt therefor in legible type or writing, containing the name of the owner, the city license number and the taximeter number, and the total amount paid and the date of payment.
