§ 18-708. Exception to licensing provisions.

The provisions of this chapter which require the licensing of trash haulers shall not apply to persons hauling, transporting, or carrying rubbish, trash, and other refuse from his own premises, but shall apply only to persons carrying, hauling, or transporting such matter for hire.
