§ 18-709. Violation of article provisions.

The board of public works and safety may terminate the license required by this chapter when it is determined that the holder thereof has violated any of the provisions of this article or any of the rules or regulations of the board. License revocation under this section may only be after notice to the holder of the license giving him an opportunity for a hearing before the board.
